From a missed size to a parcel on the road — we look after every Walkena pair, from first try-on to the last hour indoors.

Returns & exchanges

A last should feel like it was made for you. If the size is off, or the pair is not what you expected, we will exchange or refund an unworn pair within seven days of delivery.

  • Pairs must be unworn, with the original box and dust bag. Indoor try-on on a clean floor is fine.
  • Footwear worn outside, soiled, or altered cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • Exchanges are for size or a sister style of equal value, subject to stock.
  • Refunds return to the original payment method once the pair is inspected. Cash-on-delivery refunds are arranged by the house desk.
  • Sale or final-sale pieces are noted on the product page and are not eligible unless they arrive damaged.
  • If a pair arrives damaged, write to us within 48 hours with photographs. We will replace or refund it.
